Colonial Comics anthology

The latest anthology I'm part of has just been released.  'Colonial Comics' by Fulcrum Publishing features twenty stories focusing on the colonial period from 1620 through 1750 in New England.  The story I illustrated is written by Erika Swyler and focuses not the first printing press brought over to the Colonies by Elizabeth Glover.  Here are a few page samples...

Here are the first threes pages of sketches, pencils & inks for my contribution to Red Stylo's Killer Queen Comic Anthology due August 2014.  It's an 8-page silent story written by Bobby Breed.

Here are samples from the latest anthology I've illustrated entitled, 'First Edition', written by James W. Powell.  It'll be part of a Frankenstein comic anthology, 'Unfashioned Creatures' being published by Red Stylo later in the year.  Meanwhile digital downloads of some of the stories are available on their site.

Once Upon A Time Machine...

Well, I'm in another anthology that just came out this month.  'Once Upon A Time Machine', published by Dark Horse, edited by Andrew Carl and produced by Chris Stevens.  It sports a beautiful wraparound cover by Farel Dalrymple and the story I've illustrated for the book is the second collaboration between me and 'The Broadcast' writer, Eric Hobbs.

TCAF 2012...

I'll be at this year's TCAF (Toronto Comic Arts Festival) again at the Toronto Reference Library alongside another Toronto comic artist, James Turner, sharing Table 152.  Below are some of the goodies I'll be selling at the show including my own books, 'Red Birds' and 'Red Box' as well as issues #1 & #2 of 'Foster' written by Brian Buccellato (Flash) and illustrated by me.

'Foster' #3 is done!

Finally finished the last of the b & w artwork for 'Foster' #3 about a week ago and, now, colours have been applied by it's creator/writer, Brian Buccellato.  I believe target date for it's release is mid-April.  Not sure though if I'll have any of #3's for next month's TCAF (Toronto Comic Arts Festival) but, for sure, I'll be selling copies of #1 & #2's.
